事件日历

If you're holding 事件 and want to promote them to the 菠菜网lol正规平台 community, you can use the Localist event calendar solution at 事件.tuchfuehlung.net.

登录

1. 去 new 上海大学活动日程表
2. 点击 the Login button at the top right corner of the screen
3. 点击 the Login with School ID button
4. Enter your 菠菜网lol正规平台 ID and password, if prompted

创建一个事件

注意: You have to be an Event Admin to create 事件.

1. 登录到新的 上海大学活动日程表
2. 打开 用户下拉菜单 (the Spartan icon in the top right corner of the screen)
3. Select 政府 去 管理仪表板
4. 点击 事件 to expand the 事件 menu
5. Select 添加事件

调节一个事件

注意: You have to be an Event Admin to 批准, 编辑, or 拒绝 事件.

1. 登录到新的 上海大学活动日程表
2. 去 管理仪表板
3. 打开 事件 menu and select 等待
4. Select 批准, 编辑, or 拒绝 on the appropriate event
   • 编辑:
     • Select the name of the event and you will be redirected to the Admin Form version of the event submission. Make any necessary changes and then Save Changes. 一旦你 save, the event will be live on the platform.
   • 拒绝:
     • 点击 the Reject link and provide a reason for 拒绝ion in the box that pops up. This will send a 拒绝ion message to the submitter so they can 编辑 their submission and resubmit, if necessary.
